Do you provide tracking number?
Yes. It is our standard policy to provide a tracking number with each and every order. We strongly believe all online stores should do the same. There is absolutely no charge for the tracking number as it comes FREE with every order.
Do you offer any warranty on your products?
Yes. All our items are guaranteed new and in perfect condition. We guarantee against any dead on arrival. If there are any problems with your order, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours after receiving the product.
I notice your shipping is only $2. Why is it so cheap?
We don't believe in ripping off our customers with shipping. Our $2 shipping method gets the product to your door within 3-5 business days. (Other online sellers may charge more for shipping and take 1-2 weeks for delivery.)
